With a relevant resource management qualification and a proven record in urban and regional planning, you will have sound knowledge of the planning system and relevant legislation, and experience in the preparation of submissions and marketing materials in response to tenders and cleint requests. Ideally you will have a thorough understanding of New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) guildelines. You wil be confident liaising with clients and enjoy building long lasting relationships, as well as comfortable consulting with local authorities, Iwi and the general public. In return the role will present you the opportunity to get involved with a number of infrstructure projects as well as the development of planning policy work.
